Facing the customer's processing requirement for a plate material with the size of 1.0*600*8000, the length of this plate material exceeds the size of the finished product material supporting rack of the equipment, which undoubtedly poses a huge challenge to the production. After the production department received this task, it quickly initiated the problem-solving mechanism.Embracing Challenges and Moving Forward Bravely      In every process of equipment processing, they actively explored possible solutions. A newly recruited employee proposed a method of erecting the part of the plate material that exceeds the material supporting rack behind the rack, which was unanimously praised by the veteran employees. This measure ensured that the plate material was flush with the material supporting rack during shearing, greatly improving the accuracy of the processing size. However, this was only part of the problem. Due to the extra-long length of the plate material, the traditional lifting and transporting method was not applicable. Therefore, they adopted the method of manually carrying and lifting, and carried each piece of the finished product from the processing area to the packaging area.
