In response to the demand of numerous domestic PHE plate heat exchanger manufacturers for high-grade corrosion-resistant materials, the Great Group increased its stockpiling of PHE corrosion-resistant materials at the beginning of 2016. On the basis of traditional materials such as S31254, N08904, pure titanium, titanium-palladium alloy, pure nickel, Hastelloy C276, C2000, Incoloy 825, imported 317L, 310S, etc., recently, the plate heat exchanger product family of the Gre Group has added the spot goods of Alloy 59 imported from VDM in Germany, providing an upgraded option for harsh corrosive environments. 

      Alloy 59 (N06059) is an excellent nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with remarkable corrosion resistance and extremely high mechanical strength. It has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking caused by chlorides, and shows good corrosion resistance in hydrochloric acid solutions of various concentrations at temperatures up to 40°C (104°F). Certified according to the NACE standard of the American Society of Corrosion Engineers (MR-01-75), it meets the highest standard grade VII for use in acidic gas environments.
